STUDY TOUR
March 2003:The 30th Batch, Field Assistant Trainees of Conservation
Training Institute, Byrnihat visited the Kaziranga National Park,
Hindustan Paper Corporation limited and Nowgong Paper Project, Jagi Road,
Assam during March 2003, as part of their field tour.
5th to 17th May 2003:A study tour was organized for the 30th Batch
of Field Assistant trainees of the Conservation Training Institute,
Byrnihat. The trainees visited East Khasi Hills, West Khasi Hills and
Jaintia Hills Districts and were taken to various project sites with the
purpose of getting them acquainted to the objectives, concepts and
techniques of different schemes implemented by the Department.
